1) Business Development Executive
Responsible for securing business to ensure the growth of family or general takaful business and build high standards of customer relationship management with the customers and agents.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
- Minimum one year working experience in Takaful insurance industry.
- Pleasant personality with excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to travel.


2) Branch Operations Executive
Responsible to establish high standards of operation efficiency in servicing the customer, agents and business associates when transacting business at the branch level.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in Takaful Insurance industry.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

3) Counter Service Executive
Responsible for customer servicing including attending walk-in customers processing proposal forms, registration of agents and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related field or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in Takaful Insurance industry. ( Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

4) Head of Branch – Melaka Regional Office
Responsible for developing and managing business growth and recruitment efforts in the assigned State. Candidate must establish a high standard of customer relationship with both family and general agents including securing busines of potential clients and servicing of existing ones from all channels.
Requirements:
- Degree in Insurance. Actuarial Science, Business Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum five years working experience in Takaful/Insurance Industry.
- Some branch exposure would be an added advantage_
- Pleasant personality With excellent communications skills.
- Willingness to travel.

BONUS RAYA KAKITANGAN AWAM 2011

KUALA LUMPUR: Kerajaan bersetuju membayar bonus setengah bulan gaji dengan bayaran minimum RM500 kepada penjawat awam bulan ini.

Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Razak, berkata kerajaan juga bersetuju memberi bayaran khas sebanyak RM500 kepada pesara kerajaan.

“Bonus dan bayaran khas ini akan dibuat pada pertengahan bulan ini,” kata Najib yang juga Menteri Kewangan dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.

Katanya, bonus itu adalah bagi menghargai sumbangan serta dedikasi penjawat awam dalam memudah dan menjayakan pelaksanaan program pembangunan negara.

Perdana Menteri berkata, kerajaan berharap pemberian bonus dan bayaran khas ini dapat meringankan beban penjawat awam dan pesara kerajaan dan membantu mereka membuat persediaan menyambut Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

“Ini menunjukkan bahawa kerajaan sentiasa prihatin dan sangat menitikberatkan kebajian penjawat awam dan pesara kerajaan. Pemberian ini juga satu penghargaan kerajaan kepada seluruh penjawat awam,” katanya.
Najib berkata, pemberian bonus dan bayaran khas itu akan membabitkan 1.27 juta penjawat awam Persekutuan dan 590,000 pesara kerajaan dengan anggaran perbelanjaan sebanyak RM2 bilion. – BERNAMA
