Nationally, the MEF has earned its reputation as an authority in the provision of a forum for consultation on principles and practices of human resources (HR) and industrial relations (IR) through advice, training and research activities. As the business environment becomes more competitive, there will be greater demand for the MEF to provide consultancy and advisory services to members on all aspects of employment-related matters. For individuals, who have the tenacity to deliver the charter, we would like to invite you to apply for the following Position:-Consultant / Associate Consultant – Industrial Relations Responsibilities : * To provide advice, guidance and assistance to members on all aspects of employment-related matters including representing them at negotiations, conciliations, and in Labour and Industrial Courts. * To conduct training courses on labour laws and industrial relations. * To conduct research and prepare relevant position papers. * To attend meetings and other activities or duties as may be assigned from time to time. Requirements : * LLB or its equivalent. * Possesses analytical capabilities and be able to write clear and concise reports. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential. * Candidates from Johor / Southern Region are encouraged to apply. Experience : * Relevant experience in industrial relations is a major consideration.
