How to Apply:
1. Applications must be made through the form of PSM (MOSTI) Bil.1/2011 which can be downloaded directly via the website of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation: www.mosti.gov.my.
2. Candidates who are currently serving in the service of Government / Statutory Bodies / Local Authorities must apply through their respective Heads of Department and must apply through their respective Heads of Department and shall be accompanied by a Performance Evaluation Report for the year end, and a copy of the statement of service in updates.
3. The completed application form together with photocopies of certificates, identity cards and other documents related to was approved by the Principal / Headmaster / Headman / Head of Village / warden / District Education Officers and Senior Officers of the Government (in the categories of Group "A ") should be submitted in an envelope the size of 32sm x 22sm.
